SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions into the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering providers which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it's alarmed concerning the substantial number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a click here high number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no status sassa completely functional office devoted to service the area on a regular basis. The assistance position designed for intervention activities a higher influx of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for that office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to empower the servicing of all shoppers and increase access to Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
